Some guests paid for a higher room which wasn't what they expected, and couldn't get directions to the beach.

The room we stayed in was sparkling clean and well-arranged, and the bed was super comfortable. The food was of acceptable quality, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Plus, we found the hotel's location convenient, as it was located near the railway station and bus stop. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any queries we had.

We were quite disappointed that the higher-end room we paid for did not meet our expectations. We were expecting a king-size bed, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
